A Message from the Maine State Library: "Thanks for your interest in Value Line. Value Line is not currently available in the Digital Maine Library (DML), but an investment research resource will be added this fall. We have a gap in service this summer due to state requirements to issue a request for proposals (RFP) for this type of resource. Depending on the results of the RFP process, we may have Value Line return or a different investment research resource from another vendor, but it will be one that fulfills the same need. Thank you for your patience during this transition; we realize it is an abrupt change but do know there will be something in place to fill this need this fall."
If you have a Portland Public Library card, you may be able to access Value Line through its subscription. You may register for a Portland Public Library card at the Scarborough Public Library.
