The meeting was called to order at 4:55 PM by Kate Borduas. 

Consent Calendar: Motion to accept was made by Ellen, seconded by Kim are carried unanimously. 

Town’s Councilor’s Remarks - TBD 

President’s Remarks: 

Jamie Bowden and Carly Wedge from Camden National Bank awarded a Luminary Award to Kate Borduas for her outstanding leadership of a non-profit organization. Kate was 1of 5 receiving an award out of 120 nominations. The $5,000 award is unrestricted regarding its library use. 

Annual Appeal: 

            Raised $38,000 in first 14 days (not including today’s award). 

Miscellaneous: 

Kate suggested the Trustee consider issuing a MOU describing the fiscal responsibility with the library and the allocation of funds collected by the library. 

New Business 

Mini Retreat brain storming session.

   Committee chairs review SPG. Update those items that are specific to them. Present at December Trustee Meeting.
