With Gratitude

A Message from the Director --

Gratitude is virtuous. When we express our thanks, in words or action, it brings us together. But, more selfishly, gratitude is also beneficial to our well-being. The thought of being grateful elevates our mind and emotional state, it’s a noticeable sensation whether we are paying attention or not. That feeling of renewal that many have after attending any community service is the effect of gratitude. As I ask everyone to take a moment to think about what you’re grateful for, I will act by saying thank you! We are humbled that you took the time to subscribe to this newsletter and took the many moments to read the words that we transmit to you. Happy holidays!
