Last fall’s program in partnership with Maine Strong Balance focused on safe landing strategies to prevent falls, and you left wanting more! Jogging Your Memory will look at the anti-aging effects of exercise on the brain. Learn more about studies that use brain imaging to show how participating in a walking program can increase the physical size and performance of the hippocampus in the brain—an organ critical for memory! The event is free to attend, and no pre-registration is required.
