TAB will be on a break thru the Summer. It will resume in September. Do you love to read...talk about books...write? If so, check out our Teen Book Club! We meet every Wednesday from 3:00pm to 4:00pm.

TAB will be on a break thru the Summer. It will resume in September. Our TAB group meets every Tuesday from 3:00pm to 4:00pm. Members organize fun teen events at the library and help with other volunteer efforts too!

    • Want to practice your coding skills while having fun with Minecraft?  This summer the library will be offering coding for Grades 4 thru 8 on two Friday afternoons, July 26th and August 2, 2019.  We'll work together to try and create a plugin for our Minecraft server by doing real-world coding. Maybe we'll succeed, maybe we won't, and we'll probably run out of time, but we'll have fun trying! We recommend attending both Fridays since we'll be working on the same project both days.  You can bring your own Minecraft account or use one from us while at the library!   1. Minecraft Miner Day
    • Calendar: Scarborough Public Library Teens
    • Start time: 01:00pm
    • New Schedule: Every Fourth Sunday of the month starting January 28, 2018! Explore the Library’s Minecraft world created by our volunteer “tech teens!.” We’ll begin with a session just for beginners at 1:00 PM, then everyone can join in starting at 2:00 PM. If you’ve created your own Minecraft world, bring it along to show others on our big screen! Computers will be available, or you can bring your own laptop. No sign up is needed—just drop in! Please remember that children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
